Alba Ibañez started very young to get interested in Tibetan Buddhism teachings and its philosophy.

At one point along the way, she wanted to find a way to share the benefits of Buddhist meditation and its philosophy, not exclusively to the Buddhist practitioners, but that it will reach all people as well. That's how she got to know Dr. Nida Chenagtsang and his Sowa Rigpa teachings. Since then, she has dedicated herself to deepening the study of Sowa Rigpa and integrating its teachings into her daily life.

Right now, she coordinates Sorig Khang Valencia center (in Spain). She is also Ne Jang Yoga teacher, Horme teacher, and Medicine Buddha meditation guide.
