My name is Bair. In 1981 graduated from the Omskiy State Institute of physical culture where took courses of sports medicine and methods of treatment, such as sports massage. 

At present, I am a disciple of Doktor Nida since 2008. Since then I am engaged in practice Yuthok Nyinthig, other spiritual practices connected with Buddhism and Tibetan medicine. Also under the leadership of Doctor Nida, I am a listener of the medical program for TTM. With the permission of Doctor Nida, I teach courses of the Tibetan massage Kunye since 2013, and I do guide on ngondro Yuthok Nyinthig, I give comments and I train in classes on Mantra Healing. From January 2011 till today I am an organizer of Yuthok Ling Ulan-Ude center
